To register with www.thewonderstore.co.uk you must be over eighteen years of age.

Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.

We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

Contract

When we accept your submitted order for goods on this website, there will be legally binding contract.

Liability and disclaimer

The Wonder Store’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by The Wonder Store to the customer. The Wonder Store shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss, whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

Your use of this site is at your sole risk. Certain links on this site may lead to other sites over which The Wonder Store has no control. We will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of material on any web site that is not under our control.

No order is binding on you or The Wonder Store Ltd until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you when they are put into the hands of the carrier, or on payment in full of the price of the items and delivery charge.

Ordering from Us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

  • where goods are not available;
  • where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
  • if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
  • if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.

Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods, and are stated individually on the website.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Measurements, where stated, are approximate. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, this may vary depending on the settings of your monitor, software, or printer.

We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Cancellation & Returns

We would like to you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you find the product to be damaged or faulty we will of course offer a refund or exchange. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within seven working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

When returning the item, we suggest you retain a certificate of posting for your own records, in the event of the product failing to reach us.

  • Returned products must meet the following criteria for refund:
  • The item must be in resalable condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags/documentation still in place

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the above conditions are not met. Please contact our customer service team on 01296 715682 questions or queries regarding your return. Please note returns can take between 7-10 business days to receive and we process within 48 hours of receiving the return.
