Delivery
Standard Delivery to UK Mainland
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday only. All orders will be processed and despatched within 1 working day.
Orders received after 3.00 pm will be dispatched the following day and any orders received after 3.00 pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Standard delivery time is usually between 1-3 working days. Unfortunately we can not accept any liability for delays caused by third party.
Should any of the items of your order be temporarily out of stock, we will despatch as soon as the new stock arrives.
Our package and delivery costs are as follows:
- Orders with a value up to £75 - £4.00
- Orders with a value over £75 FREE to UK Mainland only
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will give you a call to notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it is available.
Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland only)
Cost £6.95 per delivery address. 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, UK Mainland only. This guarantees delivery of your order the next working day, providing we receive your order before 12:00 noon.
International Delivery (including Channel Islands and Republic of Island)
We are always happy to receive orders outside the UK Mainland however we would ask that you please contact us first via email at info@thewonderstore.co.uk before placing any order through our site, giving details of the item/s you wish to purchase, your address and contact details and when the delivery is required. We will then be able to provide you with a delivery cost quotation based on the weight of the item/s and delivery method.
